An information system for big companies with support for intelligent control of big warehouses.
This 'IS' provided users perhaps the fastest searching I've ever experienced in a similar systems. Hundreds of thousands of invoices, inventory items or any other data the system was able to search through in a fraction of a second. The user could focus on the job and basically never had to wait for the system response.
Implementation of agenda of stock items represented an incredibly comprehensive analysis. The image shows a series of tabs while each tab contains many features such as purchase history, mass revaluation, purchase statistics and many others.
Absolutely without any compromise, even despite the robustness of each of the agendas, was retained an extreme search speed in the data - no matter how many there were, may well be millions of records.
The image represents a relatively large map of the main warehouse which contained even smaller warehouses. It was possible to establish an unlimited amount of the warehouses.
The primary purpose of the map is to provide a data system for a calculation of the optimal route during unloading.
In this case it was more about function than about visual.
We have implemented in the system a variety of less common functions such as warehouse capacity etc.
Production management represented a genuine analytical challenge. Due to its complexity and dependence on many other modules such as warehouse economy, receiving, dispensing, complaints, etc.
The guile such as serial numbers, batch, storage FIFO methodology, averaging of prices, folding and unfolding of assemblies, availability of production lines, recycling and much more had to be considered.
IS included several well known modules such as 'Suppliers' which is a directory of companies with an angle of view at a company as a supplier.
Another one of the series of the standardized modules of companies' information system.
We implemented a variety of administrator tools in the system. You can see here a tool for a direct access into the database data. With an appropriate security authorization, of course.
The understandable, and also complex documentation, is considered as a standard of the information systems.
